Appointments and Services

Bioskin Luxe Aesthetic Clinic** (“the Company”) operates as a licensed PHMC-registered medical aesthetic clinic. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form the entire agreement between the Company and the customer (“Customer”) regarding all treatments, services, products, and medications. By engaging with our services or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Doctors”: Licensed medical practitioners employed or engaged by the Company.“Medication”: Any prescription or pharmaceutical item provided by the Doctors.“Products”: Retail or medical products purchased from the Company.“Treatments”: All medical and aesthetic procedures provided by the Company, including but not limited to injectables, energy-based treatments, lasers, fillers, facials, and skin boosters.

2. Scope of Treatments

“Doctors”: Licensed medical practitioners employed or engaged by the Company.“Medication”: Any prescription or pharmaceutical item provided by the Doctors.“Products”: Retail or medical products purchased from the Company.“Treatments”: All medical and aesthetic procedures provided by the Company, including but not limited to injectables, energy-based treatments, lasers, fillers, facials, and skin boosters.

All treatments are provided following consultation, assessment, and professional advice. Procedures and sessions are valid as outlined in the official memo or as determined during your doctor’s assessment. Please ensure that all itemized treatment details, including the number of sessions, accurately reflect those listed on the issued Tax Invoice. The Company delivers treatments in full compliance with healthcare and safety regulations. Any prior arrangements with other businesses do not override these obligations.

3. Consultation Fees & Appointments

A consultation fee applies to all doctor consultations.
Advance booking is required for all treatments. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for pre-treatment check-in.

    1. Appointment reminders will be sent 24 hours before your session. If we do not receive a response, the unconfirmed appointment may be automatically cancelled, and you may reschedule at a convenient time.
    2. In respect of all Treatments, the Company does not guarantee that the Customer would be assigned to the aesthetician, doctor of the Customer’s choice. The Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, accede to the Customer’s choice of the doctor, and/or aesthetician, subject to the availability of the same at the point of request.

4. Consultation Fees & Appointments

Rescheduling/Cancellations: Please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Late Arrival:
Up to 15 minutes: The session will proceed, adjusted to the remaining time.30 minutes or more: The appointment may be cancelled and recorded as a No-Show. No-Shows/Last-Minute Cancellations: The session will be deducted or charged in full.

5. Validity & Expiry

All procedures and treatments should be scheduled and completed within 24 months from the date of purchase. Appointments and treatments are provided following medical consultation for your specific condition. Any unused sessions beyond the validity period will no longer be valid. The clinic is not obligated to extend, transfer, or refund expired treatments.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

All purchases, including treatments and products, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
 Treatments may only be used by the Customer who made the purchase following an individual consultation and assessment.

Medicines may only be returned with the approval of the clinic doctor.

 

7. Pricing & Promotions

The Company reserves the right to revise prices or withdraw promotions at any time.
 If a prepaid treatment becomes unavailable, a substitute of equal or higher value will be offered, based on the doctor’s assessment.

8. Treatment Results & Expectations

While our treatments and services are designed to address various skin and aesthetic concerns, results may vary between individuals and are influenced by factors such as skin type, medical history, lifestyle, and adherence to post-treatment care instructions. The Company does not guarantee, represent, or warrant any specific outcomes.

    1. Customers acknowledge that results of products and/or treatments may vary and that no guarantees or warranties are made regarding outcomes.
      All products are for personal use only and must be used according to stated instructions and precautionary guidelines.
    2. If any adverse reaction occurs, Customers must discontinue use and seek medical attention. The Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from such reactions.
    3. Customers understand that treatments carry possible risks, side effects, complications, and limitations, and agree to carefully consider these before proceeding. Failure to follow aftercare instructions or recommendations may prolong or aggravate the treated area, and Customers agree to adhere to all guidance provided by the Company and its representatives.

9. Risks & Informed Consent

Customers acknowledge that all treatments carry inherent risks and potential side effects, which will be explained during consultation, and agree to comply with all aftercare instructions to ensure safety and optimal results. 

Customers confirm they have had the opportunity to ask questions and receive satisfactory responses prior to proceeding.

 

10. Medical & Health Disclosure

Customers shall disclose to the Company all relevant medical and health conditions prior to each Treatment, including any changes in such medical and health conditions, accurately and completely.
The Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss and/or damage to the Customer arising from the Customer’s failure to disclose any such medical and health conditions, accurately and completely.

In the event of any adverse reactions, customers must discontinue the treatment immediately and seek medical attention.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal data and medical information provided to the Company will be kept strictly confidential and handled in accordance with Singapore data protection laws.

Such data may be collected, used, disclosed, stored, or otherwise processed for the following purposes:

    1. To provide treatments, products, and medication;
    2. To send appointment reminders, service updates, and other essential communications;
    3. To improve and enhance our services, including for marketing purposes via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or mail.

Customers may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by providing written notice. Essential service communications will continue as necessary to ensure the proper provision of treatments and services.

12. Miscellaneous

The Company may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published through official communication channels.

Use of mobile devices should be minimised during treatments to maintain a tranquil environment.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Disputes will first be referred to mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

Bioskin Luxe Aesthetic Clinic – Teleconsultation Terms & Conditions

  1. All teleconsultation services provided under the Bioskin Luxe Aesthetic Clinic brand are conducted exclusively by our certified doctors.
  2. Please ensure sufficient lighting during the teleconsultation, so our doctors can assess your condition clearly. Kindly disable any appearance-enhancing features (e.g., "Touch Up My Appearance" on Zoom) for an accurate evaluation.
  3. In compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines, identity verification is required. Please have a valid photo identification ready for verification at the start of your session.
  4. All teleconsultations will be video recorded, as required by MOH, for accurate documentation of clinical records.
  5. Our customer service team will contact you via phone call or email approximately 10 to 30 minutes before your scheduled session as a reminder.
  6. Teleconsultation hours are available from Monday to Friday, 11.00AM to 6:00 PM.
  7. Bookings made after 6:00 PM will receive a response on the next working day, between 11:00 AM and 1.00 PM.
